I'm Archer, a handsome and happy male pit bull terrier mix, ready to steal your heart! I'm a smart and active boy who loves life and is so grateful to be rescued from a past where my buddy Armstrong and I were found tied to a tree without food, water, or shade. Thankfully, the authorities saved us, and now I'm living with my rescue peeps, but I'm dreaming of a real home. I am deaf, but I listen with my heart and am eager to learn and bond with my new family. I've completed my heartworm treatment and am all ready for my furever adventure!

Ideal Home

I would thrive in a home that understands my deafness and is patient and loving. My rescue friends will miss me dearly, but they know I deserve a fantastic home.

Ongoing Health

I was diagnosed with heartworms when I arrived but have successfully completed my treatment and am now ready for adoption!

Training & Support

While I am not house-trained, I am eager to learn. My past experiences mean I need a home where I can feel safe and loved.

• Out-of-state adoption fee is $450, which includes transport to your area.
