Roxy is a charming little lady who's approximately 1.5 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. She's a delightful mix of playful energy and affectionate snuggles, ready to bring joy and laughter into her forever home. Roxy was initially shy but has blossomed into a confident and goofy dog, eagerly greeting her favorite people and looking forward to her daily adventures. She truly lives life with enthusiasm and heart, and watching her confidence grow has been incredibly rewarding.
Ideal Home
Roxy would love a home with another playful, well-matched dog who enjoys wrestling and has good social skills. However, she could also thrive as an only dog in a home where she receives plenty of exercise, enrichment, and quality time with her people. She is looking for a home without cats or other small animals due to her prey drive and tendency to chase. A home with older, dog-savvy children who can respect her space as she continues to build confidence would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
Roxy is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. She has no known health conditions to be aware of.
Training & Support
Roxy is fully house trained and crate trained. She is a smart girl who learns quickly and looks to her people for guidance. While she can be cautious with new people and unfamiliar situations and may bark when meeting strangers or when visitors enter the home, she has shown great progress with patient introductions and consistency. She'll need continued work on loose-leash walking and building confidence around other dogs and people while out and about.
