Orion

Orion is a resilient, approximately 2-year-old, 60-pound mixed breed with a heart full of hope. He arrived at the shelter as a stray, fearful of everything new. Thanks to the patient efforts of our staff and volunteers, who discovered that patience and yummy treats were the way to his heart, Orion has made incredible progress. He now eagerly enjoys walks and car rides, transforming from a terrified pup into the sweet, gentle dog he was always meant to be. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he is incredibly affectionate and loyal.
