Dunkin is a striking German Shepherd mix with a big heart and a lot of energy to share! At about 5 years old and 62 pounds, this pup experiences life in full color. New sights, sounds, and situations can get him a little worked up, but with the right guidance, he will settle in and shine. Dunkin is alert and deeply loyal, bonding closely with his person and enjoying being involved in whatever you're doing. Once he feels comfortable, his fun, playful, and expressive side comes out!

Ideal Home

Dunkin would thrive in a home that enjoys an active lifestyle but also understands the importance of helping a dog decompress and feel secure. A confident, patient adopter will bring out the very best in him. He will do best with older kids, and is selective with other dogs. He is not a match for homes with cats.

Dunkin is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and heart-worm negative.

Training & Support

Dunkin is very smart and just needs help channeling all his brainpower! He is learning to sit, down, and walk politely on a leash. Because of his high-strung nature, he will do best with someone who can provide structure, consistency, regular exercise and mental stimulation, ongoing training, clear boundaries, and patience as he learns how to relax in new situations.
