Jeepers is a charming 1-year-old American Bulldog mix who weighs 53lbs and is neutered. He's a resilient soul, a survivor who shows nothing but love and kindness to everyone he meets, despite past hardships. Jeepers was found with an embedded, infected collar and was extremely emaciated, but after a month at a vet clinic, he has made an amazing recovery! He's gained healthy weight, and his neck has healed perfectly. Jeepers is our go-to dog for animal testing at the shelter due to his patient and calm demeanor. He's very food motivated, loves toys, and always makes sure to have a blanket on his bed. Jeepers keeps his kennel incredibly clean and does the cutest happy dance when he's anticipating his meals. He's been with us for 4 months, and we are confident his perfect forever family is out there, and we can't wait for him to find the loving home he truly deserves!
Ideal Home
Jeepers would thrive in a home that appreciates his gentle nature. He is good with women, men, children, other dogs, and cats. A home with a yard is preferred, and while he doesn't need another dog, he gets along well with them. He could be happy in a basement apartment or townhome.
Ongoing Health
Jeepers has fully recovered from his previous injuries, including an embedded collar and emaciation. His neck has healed perfectly.
