VC ***** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION 3/14/26 ***** Neutered male ~1 yr old ~32.5 pounds Vaccines given 3-11-26 Microchiped ALT ID# 3-10-26 6 3/13/26 Friendly but nervous at first, needs some more leash training 3/20/26 - pet is very nervous/tense, once warmed up is playful, outgoing, and friendly with staff, take treats gently, was very scared when walking past other dogs barking at him. *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull on 3/17/26; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian.
