Toba is a very sweet boy who loves people and wants to be a lap dog. He's gentle, well-mannered, house-trained, leash-trained, and obeys basic commands. Toba would make a wonderful companion for a senior citizen, a great TV buddy, and he loves to go for walks. His previous owner had to move in with family after her husband passed away and was unable to keep her dogs. Toba would prefer to be adopted with his friend Vicki, but it's not necessary.
