Tom is a charming, 5-year-old gentleman with a squishy face and a heart full of love! He's the perfect age for a devoted companion, old enough to know the ropes and young enough to still be playful and goofy. With his handsome salt-and-pepper markings and incredibly soft fur, Tom is the epitome of a snuggle king and a certified cuddle bug. His favorite activities include leaning into his people, carrying his beloved toys, and making sure your couch is never empty. Tom is deeply loyal and will be your shadow, always by your side.
Ideal Home
Tom would thrive in a home where he can be showered with affection. He has shown to be excellent with children of all ages and would likely enjoy a family environment. While he enjoys the company of other dogs and can be playful with calm or medium-energy buddies, he would also be perfectly happy as the sole prince of his castle. Tom is not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home is a must. Due to his calm and people-oriented nature, he could be a great apartment dweller, provided his leash-walking skills continue to be worked on.
Ongoing Health
Tom is a healthy boy who recently enjoyed a full vet visit and was fantastic. All necessary vetting, vaccinations, and preventative treatments are up to date.
Training & Support
Tom is house-trained and has good manners. He is working on his leash-walking skills and would benefit from a family willing to continue this training to help him strut confidently on all his future adventures.

Tom is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
