Hope

My name is Hope, and I'm a 2-year-old female Mastiff mix looking for my loving forever home! I had a rough start, found in terrible condition, but I've been through so much healing. I was emaciated, had skin issues from fleas and demodex, was blind in one eye, had a respiratory infection, and tested positive for heartworm. For the past 5 weeks, I've been on medication, enjoying medicated baths, eating well, and I've even had my spay surgery and eye removal. I've gained over 10 pounds, my fur has grown back beautifully, my infection is gone, and I've completed my heartworm treatment – I should test negative soon! I'm a sweet girl who gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. Just a heads-up, I'm a big girl and might accidentally knock over very small children or elderly adults in my excitement. Could you be the one to give me the loving home I deserve?

Ongoing Health

I have undergone treatment for heartworm and am expected to test negative at my next appointment. I have also had my spay surgery and an eye removal surgery.
