I'm Michael, an adult male Labrador Retriever mix who's looking for my special someone! I'm a big guy with a heart of gold, and while I might be a little shy at first, a little patience and some tasty treats will win me over. Once I warm up, I'm the most loyal and silly pup you'll ever meet. I love to lean into my person and just melt into a happy puddle of affection. My human friends at the shelter call me a big teddy bear and say I have the puppy-dog eyes down pat! I enjoy big, comfy beds, chasing toys in the yard, and I'm pretty sure I'm the fastest dog in the world – a true track star! I'm also a smart cookie and love learning new things, so a patient owner with treats would be fantastic. I'm the whole package: handsome, smart, and athletic!

Ideal Home

I need a home where I can be wooed with happy talk and treats. A date at the dog park to see how we click would be wonderful! I thrive with someone who has patience and enjoys teaching new things.

I am neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

I may be a little shy at first and need some encouragement to warm up. I love to learn, so patience and positive reinforcement with treats will help me succeed.
