Cooper is an adorable seven-year-old Shih Tzu who is looking for a new mommy. His previous owner passed away, and he's ready to shower a new family with love. Cooper is a very sweet boy who enjoys his toys and is great with other dogs and cats. He would love a home where he can go outside to do his business, but he is also happy to use pee pads when his humans are away.

Cooper would thrive in a home where he can go outside to do his potty breaks. He's also good with other dogs and cats, so a home with resident pets is a possibility!
