Meet Sparky, your gentle, loyal companion! Sparky is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix, estimated to be born on February 2, 2022, and weighs around 53lbs. With his sweet nature and gentle soul, he's happiest right by your side, whether curled up on the couch for cuddles or joining you for a peaceful walk. Sparky loves the simple things: belly rubs, fresh air, and spending time with his people. At home, he's wonderfully mellow and easygoing, happy to match your pace.
Ideal Home
Sparky would do best in a home that understands his gentle nature and allows him the time to settle in and feel safe. He appreciates when new canine friends take things slow during introductions.

Sparky is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
Training & Support
Sparky is kennel and potty trained. He walks nicely on a leash, though he might get a little excited if a squirrel crosses his path. He does well with other dogs, especially with proper, calm introductions.

Transportation
Sparky is currently located in Houston, TX. Transportation out of state is available. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
