Charlie

Charlie is a wonderfully smart and athletic boy who is about 2 years old and has been waiting for his forever home for over 400 days. He was found abandoned and tied up in the snow, but despite his past, he remains eager to please and has a spirit full of potential. Charlie is a dog who will truly reward your dedication, and he thrives with a routine, clear boundaries, and an experienced handler who understands the importance of structure and consistency. He's social with other dogs and is eager to learn.

Ideal Home

Charlie would do best with older children, as he is still working on his impulse control. He needs an experienced handler who can provide the structure and consistency he needs to succeed.

Ongoing Health

All of our animals receive comprehensive veterinary care prior to adoption, including a full exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, spay or neuter, heartworm testing, and any necessary medical treatment.

Training & Support

Charlie needs a leader who understands and can manage resource guarding with a positive, structured approach.

Charlie is located in our operating region, and transport options are available within Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. We do not adopt animals to Canada.
