Susie. Calm sweet and gentle

Susie is a 4-year-old purebred blonde and white Cocker Spaniel who weighs 31 lbs. She's a gentle, sweet, and calm girl who was retired from a breeding program and is now looking for her forever home. Susie gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs, showing a love for all animals. She's already crate trained and doggy door trained, making no issues when crated. While she's generally good on a leash, she occasionally decides she's had enough, so continued leash training will be beneficial.

Ideal Home

Susie would thrive in a home that can continue her positive training. It's important to have any upcoming vacations planned and completed before applying to adopt Susie.

Ongoing Health

Susie has been spayed, had a dental cleaning with extractions, tested negative for heartworm, received her rabies and distemper vaccinations, has been on heartworm preventative, microchipped, and her ear infection has been treated. All of her veterinary paperwork will be provided.

Training & Support

Susie is crate trained and doggy door trained. She is generally quiet in her crate. Continued leash training is recommended.
