Ember is a beautiful senior German Shepherd looking for a loving family to spend her golden years with. Born in December 2016, Ember is a sweet and trusting companion who enjoys a calm and affectionate presence. She is a fantastic house companion who loves lounging, keeping an eye on things, and playing with the hose.

Ideal Home

Ember would love a family who appreciates a slower pace of life and enjoys quiet companionship. She is great with children and wonderful with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ember recently had a veterinary exam, bloodwork, and vaccinations and is doing well. She is a bit overweight and would benefit from a weight management plan to help her lose approximately 20 pounds. Her current weight is 99 lbs.

Training & Support

Ember is potty trained and easygoing. She has some strength on leash and may pull at times, so her adopter should be prepared for a large dog with enthusiasm.
