Meet Princess Thea, a young female Shepherd mix with a beautiful white coat. She was born on August 24, 2025. Princess Thea has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. She was initially very shy and scared when she came to rescue, but her foster mom has seen a remarkable transformation. She's gaining confidence and has even handled rescue events well for short periods. Princess Thea enjoys playing with the resident 1.5-year-old male Shepherd mix and would likely do well with a slightly older, calm male dog who enjoys playtime. She walks nicely on a leash, knows her name, and loves car rides, remaining quiet in the vehicle. She is crate trained and housebroken and crates easily. She is considered a flight risk and requires a secure, 6-foot fenced yard. Princess Thea, who earned her regal name from her appearance, would be an excellent companion for a home with children aged 16 and older, or an adults-only household. She is adjusting to the sights and sounds of a home and would thrive in a quieter environment. Slow and steady progress is key with this precious and sweet girl.
Ideal Home
Princess Thea would thrive in a home with children aged 16 and older, or an adults-only household. A quieter home environment is ideal for her as she continues to adjust. She needs a secure, 6-foot fenced yard due to being a flight risk. She is not a candidate for homes with an underground electronic fence, and dogs are not to be tied, tethered, or chained outdoors. She will not be placed in a home where she would live outside 24/7 or majority of time or in a kennel-type environment.
Ongoing Health
Princess Thea is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
