Ellsa is a 2-year-old Husky mix who’s right around 50+ pounds of pure love. This girl has settled into her foster home like a champ and is winning hearts left and right. She’s great with cats, respectful and gentle with her foster kitties. Ellsa adores her foster fur sister and plays wonderfully with her foster’s son’s dog, and she thinks everyone is her friend, whether they’re kids or adults. She walks beautifully and loves getting out to explore. Pets, cuddles, and being close to her person are non-negotiables for this professional snuggler. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow, she’s your girl.

Ellsa would thrive in a home with children, cats, or other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ellsa tested positive for the presence of Lyme disease, meaning she was exposed through a tick bite. She has not shown symptoms and was treated proactively. This means she will likely test positive in the future. Many dogs with a positive Lyme blood test live full, happy lives with proper veterinary care and routine monitoring.

Training & Support

Ellsa is a cheerful, affectionate, and eager-to-please girl who is ready for a loving home. Adopters should be prepared for a little extra responsibility in exchange for a lot of extra love.
