Lola Bean is a truly special companion, practically the epitome of a "good dog." She's an easygoing, fun-loving, and adventure-ready girl with just the right amount of personality to keep life light and joyful. Lola settles in quickly, reads the room, and seamlessly fits into your routine without asking for much in return. If you've seen her YouTube highlight reel, imagine how wonderful life with her would actually feel – she's not just great on camera, she's aiming for everyday ease.
Lola is about 3 years old and weighs approximately 47 lbs. While she appears to be a kelpie/cattle dog mix, as with all rescues, breed and birthday are not guaranteed. She's currently thriving in a calm and steady foster home alongside a 12-year-old boy and even a resident cat, with whom she freely coexists. Her foster describes her as an incredibly easy house dog who doesn't require constant supervision.
Lola is a master of balance, comfortably transitioning between activity and rest. She's happy to accompany you on walks, to the dog park, or for some backyard squirrel surveillance, and is equally content to settle nearby once indoors. She doesn't demand constant entertainment and remains calm when things slow down. Lola is affectionate without being overbearing and present without being demanding – the kind of dog who quietly stays near you, checking in without any fuss.
With other dogs, Lola prefers coexistence over boisterous play. She shares space easily, particularly with calm dogs who aren't looking for roughhousing or boundary-pushing. She communicates her needs clearly and then happily goes back to minding her own business, exhibiting honest and effective social skills.
Lola feels like the perfect fit for real life – from busy school mornings and workdays to cozy evenings on the couch and weekend outings. She's uncomplicated and a joy to have around. If this sounds like your ideal pace, Lola is eagerly awaiting her next grand adventure!
