Meet Bozo, a handsome 7-year-old Tibetan Spaniel who weighs 28lbs. Bozo was cherished by his original family since puppyhood, but sadly, they passed away unexpectedly, leaving him heartbroken and alone. He found his way to a shelter in Louisiana before coming to live with his foster family in Toronto in November 2025. Bozo has a fun-loving and silly personality that truly shines. He's become his foster mom's most loyal friend, always by her side while she works or relaxes.
Ideal Home
Bozo would do best in a home with an older, more relaxed family. He can be reactive to the noise and movements of younger children. While he's shown no aggression towards his senior feline housemate, they haven't been left unsupervised, so his true reaction to cats is still unknown. Bozo must be leashed at all times when outside of the home due to his strong urge to run and chase, and his recall is limited.
Ongoing Health
Bozo is fully vaccinated and up-to-date on preventatives. He's feeling healthy, happy, and full of life! A maintenance program will be required to keep him in tip-top shape, which includes regular brushing to maintain his long, silky coat and prevent matting.
Training & Support
Bozo is completely housetrained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He is also crate trained but has had no issues being left uncrated during the day. He enjoys his walks and his foster family has found him to be a good boy with a regular grooming routine. Bozo may need a little time and patience to adjust to a new home, but once he feels loved, he blossoms beautifully. He adores gentle affection and kind voices.
