My name is Eva, and I'm a 6-year-old, 21-pound sweetheart looking for my forever home! I was a bit too enthusiastic about making friends with the other dogs in my previous home, so I'm on the lookout for a home where I can be the only canine companion. I adore all things Boston Terrier – zoomies in the yard, squeaky toys, and most importantly, quality time with my humans! I’m a confident girl with a playful spirit and enough energy to de-stuff a toy in under five minutes. You'll find me enjoying squeaky toys, chew toys, and bones! I get along wonderfully with adults and children and would love to be your resident princess.
Ideal Home
I'm searching for a family who will shower me with attention, belly rubs, and lots of affection. While I love to play fetch, I might just let you do all the retrieving! I do need a home that understands my exuberant greetings; I get so excited to see my people that I might jump up and offer a few enthusiastic face licks. I also need a home where my humans can keep an eye on me when the door opens, as I do have a knack for trying to sneak out for an adventure. I'm not suited for apartment living.
Ongoing Health
I'm happy to report that I have no known special needs or health issues! All dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Any other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.
Training & Support
I'm housetrained and leash-trained, and I ride well in the car. My foster mom is working with me on not jumping up and giving wet face kisses as greetings, and I'm learning to control my excitement! I also need a reminder to stay put when the door opens.
