Sandy

Sandy is a sweet, trusting mama who was rescued with her three puppies! She was a wonderful mother, allowing her fosters to handle her little ones. Sandy is about 4-7 years old and weighs around 15 lbs. She's affectionate, friendly, and playful, and has been thriving in foster care.

Ideal Home

Sandy would love a home with one or two other dogs and a fenced yard. She needs active adults who can provide her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Due to her escape artist tendencies and high prey drive, she should not be in a home with children.

Ongoing Health

Sandy is healthy and appears to be at a normal weight for her size.

Training & Support

Sandy is an escape artist and a high-jumper, so secure fencing and careful supervision around doors and gates are a must. She also has a strong prey drive, so no off-leash walks and no cats in the home.
