Malibu is a stunning, approximately 4-year-old male Husky mix who has overcome a difficult past. He was found in a Houston kill shelter with no microchip and not neutered, having clearly not been cared for. He was left to fend for himself on the streets, but thankfully, Animal Control stepped in. Now fully vetted and safe, Malibu is ready to experience the kindness he deserves. Despite his past, Malibu's spirit shines brightly. He is playful, sweet, and deeply affectionate, cherishing every moment of human interaction. Once he settles in, he has a calm and gentle demeanor, but you can still see the joy and excitement of a dog who knows he's been given a second chance.

Ongoing Health

Malibu is heartworm positive but is already on the road to recovery. He has received his ProHeart 12 injection and is currently completing a 30-day course of doxycycline as part of a slow-kill treatment protocol.

Malibu is not house-trained.
