Wally is a smart and spirited Chihuahua/Hound mix who's about 1 year old and weighs around 30lbs. He's got the look of a big chihuahua and a personality to match! Wally is incredibly proud of his intelligence, especially when it comes to potty training. He'll politely nudge you when he needs to go out and is even learning to ring a bell on the door – he hasn't had a single accident in his foster home! Wally is an energetic, loving young dog who thrives on learning. He's a great listener when you use a firm voice and genuinely wants to please. He walks nicely on a leash and enjoys his daily adventures. Wally also gets along wonderfully with other dogs, loves to play chase, and will gently nudge his canine friends to join in the fun. Since he's still young, Wally is eager to learn your routines and become a beloved member of your family. He adapts quickly and wants to be involved in everything you do. Transportation
Wally is currently being fostered near Houston, TX. He can be brought close to your home via rescue transport, which travels through the area once a month. Transport involves a team of drivers who use air-conditioned/heated vans to bring dogs from our ranch in Fulshear, TX, to a location near you. You will be included in a group chat to track your dog's journey and receive updates on their estimated arrival time. Dogs on transport are crated for safety and stop for breaks.
