Kaiser Cruz is a handsome Shepherd mix, approximately 8 years old and weighing 64 lbs. He's a delightful blend of affectionate and independent, making him a great companion for those who work from home. He's well-mannered, not overly demanding of attention, and knows just when to offer a sweet ear scratch. Kaiser's favorite pastimes include watching the world go by from the window and playing with his toys. He's also a big fan of the outdoors and would love a backyard to explore and sunbathe in. Kaiser is incredibly good with children, showing immense sweetness and tolerance, and has been observed giving gentle kisses. He's also very dog-friendly, adapting well to dogs of all personalities, whether he wants to play or do his own thing. His play style is pure Shepherd – energetic, a little mouthy, and always fun!

Ideal Home

Kaiser would love a home with a backyard where he can relax and explore. He'd make a wonderful companion for gardening, enjoying fresh air on the patio, and going on neighborhood walks and adventures.

Kaiser is currently being fostered in Houston, TX. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue's transport system, which includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick-up points in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). Transport includes real-time tracking, photo updates, and a dedicated Facebook event page for adopters. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
