Harley

Hi there! My name is Harley, and I'm a sweet and gentle 7-year-old German Shepherd mix looking for my forever home. I'm a bit of a mature lady, and I'm ready to settle down and live out my golden years in peace and quiet. I've been with the rescue for a while, and I'm hoping my perfect person will find me soon! I'm eager to be your loyal companion and offer all the love I have to give.

Ideal Home

I would do best in a calm home environment, preferably with older children (10+) who understand how to be gentle. I also get along well with large male dogs. While I appreciate canine companionship, I'd prefer a home without cats. I'm looking for a quiet place to spend my retirement years and would love to have your attention all to myself.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventatives. I could stand to lose a little weight, so I'm looking for a person who is also on a health journey – I'd be a great walking buddy!

Training & Support

They say old dogs can learn new tricks, and I'm ready to prove it! I'm a smart girl and eager to please. With a little patience and consistency, I know I can learn anything. I'm looking for a new best friend who enjoys a calm, friendly companion with moderate energy.

• All dogs are fostered in Tennessee unless otherwise noted.
• Due to high email volume, applications receive priority.
• All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and are spayed or neutered.
• Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters by appointment only.

Transportation

I am currently being fostered in Greeneville, Tennessee. We do offer transport to the East Coast for an additional fee.
