Arby

Arby, a 6-month-old, 40-pound brindle pup, is a bundle of pure happiness! Affectionately nicknamed "Arby-Rhubarby," he was rescued from the county shelter after a two-month wait. His journey began when dedicated volunteers created a video that led to his rescue and a new life. With suspected Heeler, Bully breed, and possibly Lab in his mix, Arby's friendly and easygoing personality shines through. He loves everyone he meets, including humans and other dogs, and quickly bonded with his foster family's canine companions. Arby is a joy to be around, enjoying toys and splashing in the doggie pool. He's a slow grower and is expected to reach about 50 pounds.

Ideal Home

Arby would thrive in a home where he can continue to be a happy, loved member of the family. Due to his tendency to bark at farm cats, a cat-free home is recommended.

Arby is fully vetted and has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

Arby is wonderfully submissive and eager to learn. Like many Heelers, he enjoys "herding" his canine friends and may occasionally nip at their heels during play. He responds well to corrections from other dogs and is learning appropriate boundaries. He is crate trained and house-trained.
