Peaches

Peaches is a delightful 1.5-year-old small breed mix who found herself in need of a loving home after being found in Polk County with her puppy, Cream. She's a truly people-oriented dog who thrives on companionship and cherishes close contact with her favorite humans. Head scratches and belly rubs are her absolute favorite, and she'll happily be your shadow, sticking close by your side. Peaches also enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to play and run around with them in the yard.

Ideal Home

Peaches would love a home where she can be close to her people and enjoy plenty of outdoor playtime. She does well with other dogs.

Peaches is not spayed at this time.

Training & Support

Peaches is crate trained and settles well in her crate. She's a quick learner, is motivated by food, and already knows how to sit for a treat. She is learning to keep all four paws on the ground when greeting people, as she gets excited when coming out of her crate. While generally not excessive, she may alert bark at noises from neighbors. She can play a bit roughly with her puppy, Cream, but has not shown any aggressive behavior.
