SAM

Sam is an absolutely gorgeous, approximately 1-year-old male dog with striking merle markings, one blue eye, and a unique long tail with a white tip. He was found as a stray and is now ready to find a loving home where he can blossom. Sam is a bit shy at first and needs a patient family who will give him time to adjust to new surroundings and people. He's a bit afraid of being chased or grabbed, so he would likely do best in a home without small children. However, with gentle interactions, Sam quickly warms up and will shower you with affection. He seems to thrive on human attention and is eager to learn what it means to be a cherished family member. While he coexists with the dogs in his foster home, he's a true people-lover at heart. Once he feels secure and trusts you, he'll happily share his heart.

Ideal Home

A patient and gentle home where he will be given time to adjust and feel secure. A home without small children would be ideal due to his fear of being chased or grabbed.

Sam's vet care is all updated, and he has been neutered.

We cannot promise housebreaking, so he will likely need supervision and guidance as he learns your household routine.
