Once he opens up, he’ll follow you around like your shadow, always ready for a gentle tummy rub or a head scratch – his absolute favorites. This mellow boy enjoys the simple things in life: a cozy spot to nap, a peaceful walk with his rescue buddies, a relaxing car ride, and of course… treats. Treats are the way to his heart! He’ll even get a little playful with his toys from time to time when he’s feeling extra comfortable. Joe is around ~30 lbs – the perfect size for a snuggle buddy. He gets along well with other dogs, especially on walks, but like with any new animal companion, slow and gentle introductions are key to helping him feel secure.
