Meet Flacko! Flacko is a handsome, 8-month-old German Shepherd Dog mix who weighs around 40lbs. He's a certified good boy who absolutely loves people and is eager to make friends with dogs of all sizes. He even wants to be buddies with the foster cat, though his enthusiasm might be a bit much for some kitties. Flacko is a quick learner who is eager to please, and all he needs now is his forever person! He can be a bit of a wild man when playing with his dog friends, but he's great at reading their cues and respecting their boundaries. He got an A++ from Doggie Daycare Playgroups and enjoys snuggling with smaller puppy friends. Flacko has been great with his foster's 10-year-old nephew and would likely enjoy having a human sibling to play with. He is still working on his puppy manners, like jumping and leash pulling, so he would need supervision around younger children. After playtime, Flacko loves to snuggle and show off his belly for rubs. He's also a huge fan of the pool and will happily entertain himself with his favorite toys. Flacko is house and crate trained and will do best with an experienced adopter who can help him navigate the world with confidence. We can't wait to watch him grow into a beloved member of a loving forever home!
