This gorgeous Husky is Leia! She came from an unbelievably neglectful situation and was heartworm positive. Leia lived outdoors, locked inside a dog crate that was too small for her, and suffered in unsanitary conditions while starving. Thankfully, a good samaritan saw Leia's condition and called for help. She was rescued and her life changed forever! Leia is now in a loving foster home and is being spoiled rotten. She has been vetted, microchipped, and spayed. She has undergone heartworm treatment and is ready to start a new life. A generous donation covered her expensive treatment, and we are incredibly grateful to her benefactor!
