Hello! My name is Bowie, and at just about 7 months old, I’m already on a big adventure! I came to the rescue alongside my siblings from an overcrowded shelter in California, and every day I’m still showing everyone a little more of who I am. I’m a bright, fast-learning puppy with a playful spirit and a whole lot of love packed into my small body. There’s never a dull moment when I’m around!
Playtime is my favorite—whether I’m chasing toys, exploring new things, or having a fun wrestling match with my foster sibling, I’m always ready for action. I’m also a sweet boy who loves soaking up attention and being close to my people. My foster family says I have that kind of quiet charm that sneaks into your heart before you even realize it.
I’m already mostly house trained, and I’m continuing to learn as I grow. Like any young puppy, I may still have an occasional accident while I’m figuring everything out. I’m working on kennel skills too—nights are still my favorite when I can be close to my people, though I’m trying hard to become more comfortable on my own. Every day, I get a little more confident, a little more playful, and a little more sure of the world around me.
Fun DNA Fact: I’m a mix of 47.4% Siberian Husky, 17.2% American Pit Bull Terrier, 14.4% German Shepherd, and 21% supermutt—basically a one-of-a-kind blend of brains, energy, and heart!

Northern breeds like me often have higher exercise, training, and care needs. If you’re new to Huskies or similar breeds, we highly recommend doing a bit of research before applying.
