Coco #0128

Coco #0128 is an approximately 1-year-old Yorkie mix weighing about 12.5 pounds. He is sweet as can be, incredibly friendly, and has already been through more than any dog should. Coco was originally taken from a cruelty situation last December after someone convinced his owners to let him go so he could finally have a chance at a better life. Sadly, despite having a ruptured eye for months, he never received the medical care he desperately needed. When we were asked to help, we immediately stepped in to provide the care this little dog deserved. Despite everything he has endured, Coco remains loving, gentle, and trusting. He loves people and is good with other dogs. He’s been bounced from foster to foster through no fault of his own, and we would love for his next stop to finally be a forever home. Coco is currently recovering but will be looking for a forever family once medically cleared.

Ideal Home

Coco would likely benefit from a calm, similarly sized canine companion to help him navigate the world.

Ongoing Health

Coco recently underwent an eye enucleation and neuter and is currently healing. His remaining eye is also compromised, and he is vision impaired.

Coco is not yet house trained.
