Meet Chupacabra! This super-cute mixed-breed puppy may have a mysterious name, but she's all heart! Her tiny nub tail wiggles at lightning speed, especially once she starts to feel safe. Chupacabra can be a bit shy and nervous, but she's working hard on her confidence and making steady progress every day. Despite being a puppy, Chupacabra has been a long stay at our shelter, and we can't understand why—she just needs someone willing to go slow and show her the world isn't so scary.
