About Wally

Hello world, my name is Wally! I'm a handsome 2-3 year old Beagle mix with a striking fawn and black coat. You might think I'm older because of the white around my mouth, but don't let that fool you – my teeth are in great shape, and the premature gray is just a testament to my adventurous spirit! I weigh about 28lbs and I'm already neutered. My past is a bit of a mystery, but a discovery during my neuter surgery revealed a pellet lodged in a bump on my head, hinting at a tough start. Thankfully, my foster family found me on a deserted country road and welcomed me into their home. I'm so incredibly happy now and love to "sing my Beagle song" when I see people or other animals. I'm ready to embark on new adventures with my furever family – I love car rides, snuggling, playing, and I'm even curious about hiking and camping, though I do have a fondness for splashing in water bowls!

Ideal Home

I'm a great companion for an active family and would do wonderfully with cats and other dogs. As a Beagle mix, I do tend to follow my nose, so a fenced-in yard is a must for my safety and exploration! I'm also a fantastic road trip buddy, happy to go along for the ride without changing the radio station.

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. A pellet was found and removed from a bump on my head during my neuter surgery; the area has healed well.

Training & Support

I'm eager to please and love to interact with people and other animals. I'm a road trip champ and love car rides. I'm also curious about outdoor adventures like hiking and camping, and I enjoy playing and splashing in water.
