Hi there! My name is Amari, and I'm a sweet, shy lady who is learning to trust again. Life before arriving at Big Dog Ranch Rescue was quite scary for me and my seven little ones. We were in a crowded and confusing situation, and when help finally arrived, my pups and I were found hiding in a closet, the last ones left. I was so frightened and unsure of what would happen next.

Everything changed when we arrived at the ranch. At first, I was still very scared and hesitant to trust the humans. It took time and a lot of patience from the kind staff to show me that they were there to help care for me and my babies. They offered gentle voices, warm beds, and full bowls of food, and slowly, I began to understand that we were safe.

My seven pups are now growing, playing, and learning that the world can be a happy place! Thanks to the second chance we received, they are ready to find their loving forever families. As for me, I'm still on my journey to fully trust humans, but I get braver every single day. My babies are ready for their new lives, and I'll be ready for mine soon too!
