Lyric

Lyric is a beautiful 2-year-old retriever mix who came to us all the way from Kuwait! She lived her whole life on the streets of western Asia until our rescue partners took her in and brought her to us. After many months in our care, Lyric is still waiting for her forever home. She is a friendly, happy girl who loves other dogs. Lyric is a bit shy at first, but with love and yummy snacks, she begins to blossom. She is athletic and eager, making her a prime candidate for adventures and family life! She also LOVES the water and has a reduced adoption fee! This girl is ready for her happily ever after.

Ideal Home

Lyric would thrive in an active home where she can go on many adventures. She loves other dogs, so a canine companion would be a great addition to her forever family.

Ongoing Health

Lyric is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Lyric is working on household manners and leash skills. She will benefit from continued positive reinforcement and patience as she settles into her new home.

Transportation

Lyric is currently located in South Carolina. We provide transportation to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
