Rheya

Rheya is a sweet young female Akita mix who was found abandoned and is now looking for her forever home. She is a true love bug who enjoys being around her people and playing fetch with her favorite squeaky toys. Rheya is a calm player and is not hyper, though she does get excited for playtime. She vocalizes when she needs something and is happy to go to her crate when playtime is over. Rheya is still settling in and learning about her new environment, and we are learning more about her personality as well. She has done well with the resident female dog in her foster home and seems to be curious about the male dog, but we are still assessing her interactions with other animals.

Ideal Home

Rheya thrives on companionship and prefers to have people or other dogs around rather than being alone.

Ongoing Health

Rheya has been seen by a vet, and her vaccinations are up to date.

Training & Support

Rheya vocalizes when she needs something and has learned to go to her crate when she is done playing.
