I'm Sunshine, and I promise I'll brighten your life! I'm a 2-year-old, 44-pound "pocket pittie" with the biggest heart and the sweetest soul. My foster mom calls me a literal ray of sunshine. I'm wonderful with dogs, cats, and every adult I've met. The vet even called me an angel! I'm still meeting children, but I'm sure we'll be best friends. I'm learning important things, like how to go up stairs by myself (coming down is still a work in progress!), and leash walking is a work in progress. I'm about 85% potty trained and improving daily. I LOVE belly rubs, peanut butter treats, and I absolutely must have at least 10 minutes of zoomies before dinner – it's non-negotiable! I'm a little shy at first and may retreat to my "safe room" if unsure, but once I know it's okay, I'll happily soak up all the love. I might have been taught to stay in one spot before, so I'm learning it's okay to relax and be part of the family. I'd love a doggy sibling to play with, but I'd also be perfectly happy being the spoiled queen of your home. My foster says if she were ready for another dog, I'd never be leaving, and that's how special I am. If you're looking for a loyal, goofy, affectionate best friend, I'm your girl.
