Waltz would love a home where he can be an active part of the family. He's looking for a place where he can get plenty of exercise and attention.
Ongoing Health
All of our animals, including Waltz, are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six-months of age are heartworm tested. You will receive copies of veterinary and microchip records.
Training & Support
Waltz is ready to learn and grow with his new family. With patience and positive reinforcement, he'll surely become a well-behaved companion.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days.
- Please note- we are closed on Sunday and Monday and will not be processing any applications on those days.
- Please get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect.
- An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet and determine the suitability of a match.
- After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system.
- The adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location.
- Adopters should bring a pet carrier and/or a leash to pick up and their ID. Adult pets will be wearing a collar. It is important that clients arrive on time, neither early nor late. Cats and kittens are required to leave in a pet carrier.
Transporation
Waltz is currently located at Pet Central Helps! We can arrange transportation to PetSmart - Bloomington, IL, or the Cat's Meow Cafe.
