Dakota

Meet Dakota, a charming and adventurous 1.5-year-old pup weighing around 22 lbs. This sweet and goofy boy journeyed to us from Oklahoma and is a true social butterfly who loves other dogs and is also great with cats. Dakota is house and kennel trained, but he does have a penchant for paper and cardboard, so keeping those items out of reach is a must! He's a toy lover and enjoys shredding soft toys and playing with any kind of plaything. Once he warms up, Dakota is incredibly affectionate and will shower you with snuggles. He's even requested a weekly pup cup!

Ideal Home

Dakota thrives in a home with another playful canine companion and requires a fenced yard to ensure his safety, as he is a master escape artist. Exceptions may be made for a fenced yard for highly experienced dog owners, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Ongoing Health

Dakota is neutered, microchipped, 4DX negative, and up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives.

Training & Support

Dakota is house and kennel trained. He enjoys playing with toys and is working on his enthusiasm for paper and cardboard; keeping these items secure will help him succeed.
