Raquel

Raquel is an eleven-month-old Anatolian Shepherd with a heart as big as she is! She came to us from a challenging situation where she didn't get the socialization she needed, but she's making wonderful progress and is eager to learn. Raquel is a sweet girl who is a little unsure of new things, but with a little time and patience, she blossoms. She's not shut down; in fact, she's gaining confidence daily and is ready for a home that will continue her journey.

Ideal Home

Raquel needs a home that understands she's still learning about indoor living, leash walking, and the everyday joys of a household. A securely fenced yard is a must for this big girl. She's great with other dogs and cats, but due to her sensitive nature and ongoing confidence-building, we recommend a home with children over 10. A confident, friendly resident dog would be a fantastic companion for Raquel, helping her learn and feel secure.

Training & Support

Raquel is inexperienced with some aspects of home life and can startle easily. Patience, a consistent routine, and gentle guidance will be key to her continued success. She's not difficult, just new to many things!
