Jacques is a 2-3 year old male Lab mix with a medium energy level. He is a wiggly greeter who loves to snuggle and give kisses. Jacques pulls on leash and is not yet trained on commands, but he is food motivated, which will make training easier! He gets along with other dogs, but is fearful of cats in the shelter environment.

Ideal Home

A home that can provide a moderate amount of daily exercise and play. Due to his fear of cats in the shelter, a home without cats is recommended.

Ongoing Health

As with most dogs at the shelter, Jacques may have been exposed to kennel cough. Please consult your veterinarian with any questions.

Training & Support

Jacques pulls on leash and does not know any commands. He is food motivated, which will be a great asset in his training. Ongoing training and common-sense management will be important for his success.
