Ideal Home
Onyx Baby would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can romp, play, and relax in the sun. However, he's also a happy couch potato who would love lazy Sunday snuggles. He would be happiest with another dog in the home, as he follows his foster siblings around like a little brother. While we haven't seen Onyx around children yet, we can absolutely test him, and based on what we know, we believe he would make a great family dog.
Ongoing Health
Onyx Baby is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, and is microchipped with free lifetime registration. He also receives a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative.
Training & Support
Onyx Baby is already a well-behaved boy with wonderful house manners. He knows basic commands like "sit" and is gentle when taking treats. He loves treats and is eager to please, making him a smart and trainable companion. He is crate trained and is mostly potty trained, though he may occasionally have an accident if left alone for long hours.

Transportation
Onyx Baby is currently in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real-time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
