Brownie

Brownie is a 2-year-old, 42-pound girl who is likely a mix of Border Collie and Australian Shepherd. She was found as a stray and thankfully taken in by a kind community member who helped her get to a foster home. After completing her veterinary care, Brownie is ready to find her loving forever family!

Brownie has made wonderful progress since her rescue. She's now a pro at walking on a leash and knows some basic commands. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people, she warms up quickly and shows her sweet, cuddly side. She's happy to sleep through the night, whether she's in her crate or not, and she's not a resource guarder. She absolutely loves to snuggle up on the couch with her favorite people! Brownie is also house-trained and enjoys her walks. She's done great with children aged 8 and up and loves every dog she meets. She's a very smart girl who learns quickly!

Ideal Home

Brownie would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence and enjoy lots of cuddles. She has done well with children as young as 8 and loves other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Brownie is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. She is microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Brownie is house-trained and knows basic commands. She is smart and learns quickly, though she can be a bit shy when first meeting new people.
