Coffee Sweets, affectionately known as Cafecita, is a 59 lb bundle of joy who will undoubtedly brighten your day. She's a master at making herself at home, finding the coziest spot for a graceful flop, but don't let her calm demeanor fool you – her silly side comes out in full force once she's comfortable! Cafecita greets everyone like a long-lost friend, always ready with a wagging tail and a warm "hello." She's the perfect companion, whether you're working from home or enjoying a lazy Sunday. She recently made a 3-year-old friend and was an absolute sweetheart! Cafecita is a gentle soul who knows when to play and when to retreat for a quiet nap. We believe she's a Lab mix, possibly with a hint of something special giving her that striking brindle coloring. She's a big dog with an even bigger heart, a slightly overgrown lap dog who is ready to bring happiness to her forever home.
Ideal Home
Cafecita would thrive in almost any setting and is incredibly adaptable. She'd be a wonderful apartment dog or would love a house with a yard. Her ideal family appreciates a dog who can switch from "play mode" to "cuddle mode" in a heartbeat.
Ongoing Health
All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative, and a heartworm test and treatment if needed. She has a health certificate deeming her healthy for travel.
Training & Support
Cafecita is fully potty trained and crate trained, viewing her crate as her personal "den." She walks beautifully on a leash. She is still a little unsure about cats and would benefit from a supervised sleepover to ensure she's comfortable sharing her space.

Transportation
Cafecita is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time and receive photo updates. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
