Meet Freya - a 4-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with movie-star looks and the social skills of someone accidentally forced into a group project. After spending her life as a breeding dog, Freya is finally getting to enjoy the important things in life: toys, comfy beds, snacks, and learning that humans can actually be pretty nice. She's a shy girl and will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. Think "slow-burn best friendship" rather than "love at first sight." Freya is housebroken, up to date on vaccines and preventatives, loves other dogs, and would probably enjoy having a confident canine buddy around to show her the ropes. She's still figuring out this whole "walking on a leash" thing, so a securely fenced yard is required while she continues her training montage.
