Domino

Meet Domino, a sweet, freckled 18-month-old King Charles Spaniel mix who weighs 9 lbs. Domino has blossomed beautifully since coming to us, transforming from a shy pup into a playful, affectionate companion. He was rescued from a hoarding situation with 19 other dogs and is still learning to trust and embrace life as a beloved pet. Domino is a mellow and quiet boy indoors, content to be part of the family. However, he absolutely adores outdoor playtime and will even hop like a bunny when he gets excited – it’s a sight that’s sure to bring a smile to your face! He also loves to snuggle up for naps with another small dog and would thrive in a home with a canine companion.

Ideal Home

Domino would do best in a calm, loving home. He would be especially happy in a home with a secure yard for his bunny hops and another friendly small dog to provide companionship and help build his confidence.

Ongoing Health

Domino is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Domino is house-trained and does not have accidents indoors. He is not yet leash-trained and will need guidance in this area. Due to his background, he is very sweet but also very shy and needs an adopter with patience and time to help him learn to trust and develop social skills. Positive reinforcement training will be beneficial for him to learn basics and boost his confidence.
