TILLY

TILLY is a sweet female Alaskan Malamute mix with adorable brown eyes and big paws, ready to find her furever home. She's a playful pup who loves to run, climb, and play, but she can also be a bit short-tempered. Tilly is a quick learner, funny, and enjoys giving snuggles and kisses before dashing off for more playtime. She's always up for a game of chase and loves to be near you when you're relaxing. Tilly can be shy when meeting new people and needs a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she's a loving companion.

Ideal Home

Tilly would love a home where she can play and explore. She needs a patient family who understands she can be a little short-tempered at times and can help her build confidence.

Ongoing Health

Tilly is healthy, happy, and full of energy. She has been altered and will be up-to-date on vaccinations. Unfortunately, her tail was docked, but this does not affect her health or happiness. She is still getting used to car rides and can experience car sickness, but her foster is working with her on short drives.

Training & Support

Tilly is leash-trained, though she prefers to lead the way! She knows how to sit and wait for treats. She is crate-trained and is making great progress with potty training, having very few accidents and learning to signal when she needs to go out. She will benefit from continued positive reinforcement and patience as she continues her training journey.
