Rain

Rain is a sweet and funny 5-month-old chiweenie mix, weighing about 10 lbs. He was found running alone in a field in rural Mississippi and brought to Wags of Monroe County for much-needed veterinary care and love. Now, he and his sister Rosalie are ready for their forever homes! Rain loves to romp and play with his canine companions, and then curl up for a nap in a cozy puppy pile. He'd do best in a home where someone is around often to provide plenty of snuggles and attention.

Ideal Home

Rain would love a home where someone is around a lot, as he enjoys having a warm lap to snuggle on.

Ongoing Health

Rain has been spayed, fully vaccinated, and is ready for his new home.

Training & Support

Like all puppies, Rain will benefit from continued training to help him grow into a well-behaved adult dog.

Transporation

Rain is currently in Mississippi and is hoping to be transported to the Northeast on Saturday, June 13th. We often bring dogs up to the Northeast along transport routes or to foster homes. We are always in need of foster homes, so please consider opening your home to a dog in need.
